What’s prehab?

Feelnoo’s Prehab approach is a unique fusion of physio rehab with strengthening, preventative exercise.

Our Prehab sessions in the Feelnoo programme are designed specifically to help clients that are afraid that their injury might hold them back. We’re here to show you that there is nothing that needs to stand in your way.

Small changes make a big difference

For example, let’s look at the benefits of balance. Balance exercises help with blood flow in the part of the brain that is responsible for cognitive function as well as building strength to protect your joints and muscles from injury.

We have been working with Neuro Physiotherapist’s to create a programme consisting of various balance exercises:

  • Standing on one leg
  • Moving routine on one leg
  • Step ups with knee lift
  • Forward backward lunge
  • Side lunge leg lift
  • Walking the line
  • Standing on a bosu

Many of these exercises appear on our live Prehab with Luke sessions on the Feelnoo programme.
