Over the last 35 years Luke Gray has become a leading expert in personal fitness training, working with everyone from mums-to-be to the A-list and professional athletes.

Luke is a passionate advocate for preventative medicine through exercise. His ‘prehab’ approach is something that has evolved over his years working in the industry, creating a unique fusion of physio rehab with strengthening, preventative exercise.

Luke’s Classes: Low Impact HIIT, Feelnoo Prehab, Core is King, Strength 101 Series and more.

Jo Gray, Co-founder

With a background in personal fitness training and sports psychology, Jo is our resident accredited nutritional therapist bringing her own blend of wellness expertise.

Jo believes that her combination of skills gives her the ability to help people in a holistic way to get their head in the right place so that they can keep on track with their physical goals. This is achieved by optimum nutrition, sleep and stress management.

Jo’s Classes: Throw Back Aerobics, Jo is also trained in Modern Pregnancy and leads our team in these classes.

RYT 400h Yoga Teacher with 10+ years experience.
