Role:

Manage social media channels, influencer relations and implement marketing strategy.

Responsibilities will include:

Arrange and create seven IG & FB organic posts per week based on seasonal activities and general key messages and goals.

Social Media

  • Content creation across Instagram, Facebook
  • Daily Facebook/Instagram Stories
  • Scheduling, boosting and hashtag management
  • Managing the Private FB page with new topical content.
  • Community management: engaging members
  • Organising activities/competitions for customer retention.
  • Competitor Analysis
  • Organising and attending photoshoots and videography when needed for social content.

Marketing

  • Research & cold calling into suitable businesses that could take Feelnoo as a company benefit or as a client incentive.
  • Research and account management of suitable affiliates
  • Assisting with creative campaigns for brand collaborations and partnerships
  • Producing weekly reports

Influencer Outreach

  • Researching and booking relevant influencers to showcase Feelnoo with their compatible audiences.
  • Monitoring new social media influencers for outreach

Brand Management

  • Writing fabulous copy i.e. website copy, newsletters and social media content.
  • Reading relevant media and developing an awareness of general trends, relevant news stories and specific opportunities.
  • Identifying new trends in digital marketing, evaluating new platforms and sharing these with the team.
  • Website Maintenance: (shared with the Assistant Studio Manager)
  • Extensive experience of Squarespace to be able to pull analytics and share with the team to gauge relevant marketing actions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum two years working in a similar dynamic Marketing role – preferred.
  • Experience managing social media channels, Squarespace and client liaison. Scheduling, reporting and managing paid social media adverts.

Role: Full time employed - working from home / Surrey office

Role:

This role is to assist the founders and take on any other administrative duties from the Marketing Department. In addition to the day-to-day admin the online virtual studio will be managed in this role.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing information and images to journalists from the Marketing department when needed. (Very good communication skills verbally and written are required)
  • Social media community management
  • Managing the closed Facebook page with new topical content agreed with the team.
  • Keeping track of the social media calendar with special event celebratory days
  • Creating and monitoring of digital mail-out lists (eg Mailchimp)
  • Managing automated mailouts to members/past members (client retention)
  • Working closely with the marketing and PR strategy.
  • Creating systems that might help with some of the manual systems we have at the moment.

Squarespace Website Maintainence

  • Writing copy for the website as and when needed.
  • Adding new pages to the existing website following the original template and creating new if required.
  • Managing the blog, keeping it current and updated.
  • Liaising with the Marketing department to ensure that the blog is on point with the marketing strategy.
  • Adding fresh content as required to the members section of the site.

Studio Management

  • Timetable scheduling, content and design for the week ahead
  • Dealing with exercise instructors scheduling them into the timetable
  • Updating the timetable and publishing each week on the website and throughout the week to each social platform.

General Admin

  • Office management
  • Setting up meetings as required
  • Creating a tally for the instructors’ sessions, receiving all instructor invoices and checking against our records.
  • Sending all invoices to accounts department.
  • Providing figures of subscribers, analytics etc. as required.
  • The role will progress and grow as we develop the business
  • Assisting as and when needed.

This will suit someone who is a self-starter, uses their initiative, pro-active and who is very organised and conscientious. A good experience of Mailchimp and Squarespace is essential.
